Born Tuesday, August 28, 1928 in Hemet, California, to the late Mary and Arlington Mohlenhoff.
William proudly served in the United States Navy and retired after over 30 years of service.
He worked as a aeronautical engineer in the aerospace industry for over 35 years and was a lead engineer in the F 14 Tomcat. William also enjoyed writing (and at one point even wrote a book.) flying, fishing, house boating, swimming, and anything that pretty much consisted of being outdoors.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Lou Mohlenhoff, sons, David Mohlenhoff, and Daniel Mohlenhoff, daughter, Nancy Fertig (Chris), sister, Tru Lincoln, 5 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by son, Michael Mohlenhoff.
