Betty Ruth Morley, 80, of Henderson, died March 1, 2011. She was a retired civil service program manager for the Federal government. Services will be at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City.
