Carol A. Lepczyski, (69) 1942-2012, of Chicago, IL, passed away June 2, 2012 at Desert Springs Hospital, Las Vegas, Nevada. She was the loving Mother of Kennie, Michael and Sharyn and Loving Grandmother of Bree. She will be greatly missed. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary, Henderson, NV.
