Dallas O. Harrison, 78, passed away Friday, June 15, 2012, at Nathan Adelson Hospice.
He was born in Henryetta, OK, in June 1933. He was a resident of Las Vegas, NV and a barber for over 50 yrs. He enjoyed bowling and was an avid fisherman. He took great pleasure RVing with his wife and their traveling buddies, “J” and Cindy. He and his wife Candy built their ranch, the “Harrison Cole Ranch”, in Lincoln County, where they spent many wonderful times together along with family and friends. He was also a member of the Boulder City Elks Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Candace Harrison of Las Vegas, son, Jeff Thiriot (Anna), of Henderson, sisters, Elena McKinnon, of Antioch, CA and Georgia Hemrich, of Wailuku, HI; grandchildren Katherine Tapia, Harrison Cole Thiriot , A.J. and Sloan Denton. He was preceded in death by his daughters Barbara Lynn and Cindy.
Services will be Saturday June 23, at 11 a.m. at Palm Mortuary, in Henderson, followed by a reception at the Boulder City Elks Lodge. The family requests that any donations be made to Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 Swenson, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
