Out of nowhere.someone told me just tonight of what happened to you. I am so disbelief...Those time we dated, we go to PT's with your co-workers, spent time watching movies those were years ago Dan. Our friendship remains until you went to Wynn and sometimes an old friend would see me and asked what had happened to us! When you came to my work, you suprised me and i cried and told you of i had been through of losing someone, and you to stay strong and hand in there. Dan we talked and all i know after almost a year...It hurts Dan. I missed your smile, your silly remarks...those moments of talking... OMgosh... I MISS you...i can just picture that cute smile of yours, your attitude...Oh now what!?! My GOD, why???

I never knew Daniel, but knowing his father (and reading the tributes), I know he was a very special man, and that he has left the world a better place because of his time here. As we mourn his loss, may we also celebrate the many gifts he has left for all to cherish.

What a great loss of a loving, caring, and compassionate man. I enjoyed working and talking to Dan, he always made me feel secure with my dealing, and gave confidence. Oh how He is missed. I will pray for the Lord to give comfort to all of his family , I know only he can help with the healing. God Bless your family.

A large part of my heart has always been with the yates family.you have been in my life seens a very young age and the memories that I have from all of you are priceless.I'm very sad to hear about Daniel but I refuse to question our Gods will, we may not understand hes ways but I'm sure that he is looking down from the heavens making sure we are safe! dear Daniel I love you and I will see you again my friend.as for the yates family I can only pray that you find peace and strength thrue this difficult time know that I am here but my heart and thoughts are there with you! Dan, there are no words.... you have been my best friend for many years, we have had some bad times and some really great ones. My life is better for just having had you in it! You touched so many, so much, I am so sorry there wasn't more I could have done for you. You will never, ever be forgotten and your friendship will remain unmatched. To the Yates Family, I am so sorry for your loss he was an exceptional man. I only hope he is truly pain free now, and is completely at peace and I hope your pain passes, I know how much he truly loved each one you.... my thoughts and prayers are with you all......

   Words cannot express my sympathies for your loss. I had the honor to stand side by side with Dan in the Army. We were friends from the beginning.  And 13 years later we stayed in touch. He shared special times with my family and always found a way to spend time and share his smile whenever my family made its way to Vegas. I will forever remember times spent together. Once again my condolences to your family. Que descanse en paz Dan.

Terrible news. I had the chance to know Dan and a few days and a dozen of mails were enough to realize what a nice man he was. His family and friends in Zaragoza will never forget him and we will do everything we can to help you to remember him and to go through such  a hard time. Love.
