David Michael Wagner, 39, passed away May 21, 2011. He was born Dec. 1, 1971 in Las Vegas, and resided in Henderson for 30 years. After proudly serving in the U.S. Army and overseas with the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Somalia, David became a law enforcement officer and part of the swat team in Colorado. He returned home to join his family and recently completed his BS degree in criminal justice, graduating with honors with a special emphasis on fraud and theft investigations. David will be greatly missed by his cherished family and friends. David is survived by his sons, Blake and Corey; daughter, Hunter; parents, Edward and Donna Riggins; brothers, John and Joey; sister, Katie; nephew, Nicholas; nieces, Arielle and Audriyana; and cousin, Julie. Services will be at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, May 31, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery Chapel, 1900 Buchanan Blvd. In Boulder City.
