

With the heaviest of hearts we are here today to celebrate the life of Donna Syers. Born Donna Jo Logan to Josephine Sylvia O’Shea and Noel Eugene Logan on September 12, 1958 in San Fernando, California. She grew up with four siblings and an unsurmountable number of friends. Donna attended Sylmar High School where she met her future husband, Tommy John, father of her two beautiful children, Jason and Kristi. Donna, married again later in life to her lifelong love Clarence “Muntz” Syers. Together they raised their blended family with love and laughter. Donna chose a career in customer service as a checker growing with multiple companies. - Alpha Beta, Hughes Market and Vons. She lived her life helping and enjoying others. Her sense of humor and laugh walked hand-in-hand, wherever she went and loved a good time. She was the glue to her family, and her kids were her pride and joy. She was especially proud of her grandkids, and they were her world. Her “favs” called her “gramma”, the proudest title in her life. Donna had a passion for family and friends and it was felt by everyone. She loved big and did anything and everything she could for everyone. Donna will be missed forever and ever by all who’s lives she touched.
Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Muntz” Syers (2014) and mother, Jo Logan (2023).
Donna is survived by her loving father Gene Logan, her brothers, Ronnie Logan (Zeny), Mike Logan, and Donnie Logan (Donna). Her sister, Debbie Logan. Her son, Jason John (Chyanne), and her daughter, Kristi John (Ian). Six grandchildren, Jamie Bryan, Matix Marie, Madison Logan, Kelsei Shea, Waylon Blake, Jase Robert. Her stepson, Jason Syers and her stepdaughter, Kellie Syers. Grandchildren, Preslie Mae, Paitlyn Marie, Priya Merik and Paxton Muntz. As well numerous nieces, nephews and cousins who she loved MORE.
