

Kathy Kissman Kathy Kissman, 67, of Las Vegas, NV passed away in her home on Wednesday, January 8, 2014. Born Oct. 23 1946 to Priscilla and Edward Daneliak in Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death by her dad and sister Barbara. She is survived by her mom, Priscilla; her sister, Sandy (Kenny); her son, Mike (Betsy); her daughter, Michelle; and 4 grandchildren, Jacob, Ryan, Kenny and Zoe. Kathy spent most of her life in Las Cruces, NM. She was in band, the Thespian Club, Shorthand Club, National Honor Society, Junior Play, Gamma Psi sorority, and PTA. She graduated from Las Cruces High School in 1964. She was involved in her children’s lives by being a Girl Scout and Boy Scout leader, Vice President of Pee Wee Reese, and baseball scorekeeper. Activities included: candy striper, church, drove a race car, bowling, gardening, baking, arts and craft, coached softball, gambling and going to the horse races. She was a dog lover. She retired from the JAG office at White Sands Missile Range in 2004. Then, she moved to Las Vegas where she lived her dream and became a Poker Dealer at Bally’s, dealt the World Series of Poker and spent tons of time with her children and grandchildren. Kathy was a social butterfly and had numerous friends. She was loved and will be missed by all. We will never forget you mom! Remembrance party will be March 23rd, 2014 5-8pm at Mike and Betsy's house.
