Mel, 68, Passed on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. A Vegas Valley resident since 1968. He was born on December 6, 1956 in Moorehead City, North Carolinas to Mel and Nancy Adcox who both precede him in death. He has resided in Henderson since 1984.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Michelle, his children: son; Michael (Kelsi), son; Chris (Yasmine), daughter; Heather, 5 grandchildren: Ashlyn, Leila, Ryker, Kayden, Leeloo, sisters; Elizabeth (Gary), Sharon (Chuck), nephews; Jacob, Morgan and Logan.
He was an amazing person who kept to himself and never had a bad word to say about anyone. He loved working in the yard, taking care of every kind of animal and observing his surroundings. He will be forever loved, remembered and missed.
A Celebration of Mel's life will be held on December 6, 2025 at 11:00 am at Palm Henderson Mortuary. 800 S Boulder Highway Henderson, NV 89015.
