

October 12, 1948 – September 27, 2021 (age 72)
After a two-year battle with cancer, Paul passed at Nathan Adelson Hospice with his wife Barb and his sister Sherry by his side. He was a loving husband, father, and brother, a dear friend, and he will be missed and remembered fondly.
Paul was born in Sacramento, California to Norman Goodwin Dana and Raynell Dana. He had five brothers and sisters – Sherry, Norma, Cindy, Rick, and Tiss.
Paul graduated from San Gorgonio High School in San Bernardino, California. He joined the Army on August 11, 1969. Paul was a sharp shooter and received a Purple Heart in Vietnam. He married Barb on Saturday, June14, 2014 and they resided in Henderson. He was employed by Garda World for the past 20 years. He enjoyed golf and softball and he and Barb loved to travel. One of their fondest memories was of a trip to Hawaii.
Paul had four sons and one daughter – Robert, Chris, Shawn, Kelly, and stepson Christopher. He had seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A celebration of Paul’s life with Military Honors will be held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at the Southern Nevada Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City at 12:40om. Visitation prior to the cemetery service will be at the Palm Mortuary from 8am-12pm at 800 S. Boulder Hwy., in Henderson.
