My condolences to dear Paul’s family: my beautiful cousin Debbie and their two wonderful daughters Alissa and Amy along with their families.  Paul, a devoted husband and love of his life Debbie along with his family, I send you my love and condolences. Paul was a very special man, very kind, funny, and dedicated to his wife and family.  I will always remember his kind smile and talking shop with him with great joy.

 Paul. I had not been able to get a hold of you so I looked you up on the internet. I was so saddened to hear of your passing. You were so good to me and my company. My heart felt condolences go out to all of your family. Your were a dear friend and a great colleague. You will surly be missed my friend. RIP my friend!! 

I’m very sad to hear this news. I only got to know Paul while birding but he gave me wonderful insight and joy during these events. When I joined he made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My thoughts and prayers to the Rodriguez family.

Paul, I miss you buddy. I'll miss the times we never get to spend together, since we'd only recently become good friends. I'll miss the future trips to California we were planning during our last Birds & Beer. Doug and I will miss all the future B&B hangs we'll never get to have. Most of all, I will miss your energy and infectious smile. 

To Debbie and Paul's family, I am so very sorry for your incredible loss. Paul touched so many of us in such a short time, I cannot even imagine the pain and heartache you’re feeling. Paul's amazing personality lives on through you. Sending you love during this difficult time.

Red Rock Audubon birding trip to Warm Springs Natural Area. March 4th, 2023. We had an excellent day of birding together.

It appeared that Paul Gregory Rodriguez, president of the Red Rock Audubon Society, was hitting his stride with our organization.  Our monthly meetings were a great source of wonderful speakers and a place to dream about adventures to come!  I was a fairly recent member of this fine organization.  I loved that Paul and some of our other members were avid wildlife photographers and were willing to share their love of photography.
  Although Paul left us so suddenly, he was able to achieve his dreams and encourage all of us to appreciate our rugged and stunning desert landscapes and the abundant wildlife that we all treasure.
  Hummingbirds, based on Native American beliefs, symbolize, Love, Joy, and lightness of being.  These tiny and delicate birds are considered the messengers of the spirit world.  Please Rest In Peace Paul!

Paul was a great mentor. He was always open to helping me with any of my projects at Red Rock Audubon. He was extremely passionate about sharing his love for nature with everyone and helped lead RRA to become a more inclusive space, especially in regards to reaching out to the Latino community. You will be missed Paul! I appreciate everything you have taught me in the past year and a half. Descanse en paz. 

Thanks Paul for trusting in our cohort.  Red Rock Audubon would not be the same without you, and the younger generation will greatly miss your mentorship and chapter leadership.  Thank you for believing in me, even when I didn’t believe in myself!!

I’m missing my friend with the million dollar smile and a heart for welcoming others. I wish we had found more time to go birding  together this year, but I deeply cherish the days we spent together in the field. Paul had such a deep love for his family and frequently shared stories and memories of his life both growing up and the beautiful family he and Debbie built together. My heart goes out to you all during this devastating time of loss. 

I’m so sorry to hear about the passing of Paul. I knew him through bird walks with Red Rock Audubon. He was always sweet, kind, and passionate, and took the time to share his extensive knowledge of birds with those of us still learning. I’ll miss seeing his friendly face within the local birding community. I’m sending comfort and love to his family and all who loved him. 

I'm shocked of PAUL passing away. Im a New Member of the Red Rock AUDUBON SOCIETY.  But PAUL ALWAYS made me feel welcome. Paul will be missed. Paul was a truly kind and wonderful person, and I'm honored to have met him. These photos were taken at the Henderson Bird Watching Preserve just a few short weeks ago. What a terrible loss, you all are in my thoughts.

I’m blessed to have called you my Uncle (or really my Great Uncle) and even more blessed to have my last memory with you be at my wedding. Although we haven’t seen much of each other as I’ve grown older, I always remember the fun times with our families while I was growing up. You will be greatly missed by your entire family. 

To Deb, Amy and the rest of the family, it broke my heart hearing of Paul's passing.
Paul is one of the funniest person I know, one of the most giving. He has no shame on sharing his fears , and enjoys letting you know his passion, whether it is for food,  hiking, photography. His greatest joy is  his family.  He will do anything for them. 
I will miss our banters Paul, whether in the clinic or our phone chats. I am left with a big void in my heart at this time. I hope to see you again in the next life. I am honored to have met you.  You and Deb hold a special place in my heart.

Paul was a great person and appreciate all his efforts to help build and manage many of my businesses websites. Paul was a giving and caring soul who will be missed. I considered Paul and freind and know he is now in the arms of his loving creator. We can never understand the plans of God, but we celebrate his life and the fact we will reunite again in paradise - Rob Baker
