Phyllis Marie Mullins of Las Vegas, NV, passed away Tuesday, October 6th, 2015 at 85 years old. She is survived by her three children, Karen Green, Jack Wooten & Pamela Elmore. Grandmother to her three grandchildren, Dreama, Glenn and Shawn and two great-grandchildren, Lilly and Addison; she was beloved by all. Phyllis was an avid lover of all animals, great and small. Services will be held at her home in Las Vegas followed by a celebration dinner in her honor. Phyllis is loved by many and will be missed by all.
