Rodney was born to Andrew Clarence Perkins and Sarah Millet in Hurricane, Utah. Married Alice Lemmon on December 28, 1950.
Rodney loved his family and his membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He loved the Temple and Genealogy. Rodney also loved to go on vacations and see new things. He loved to write poems and even won some awards for them. He loved music.
Rodney is survived by his children; Kelwin (Tuesday) perkins of Henderson, Nevada, Garry (Dawn) Perkins of Summer, Washington, Clayton (Denise) Perkins of Washington, Utah, Alisa (Jorge) Di Poala of Queen Creek, Arizona, son-in-law Fred Sottile of Las Vegas, Nevada and Son-in-law Darryl Harmon of Kanab, Utah. Rodney also has 22 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren and many cherished family members.
Rodney is preceded in death by his parents; Andrew Clarence and Sarah Perkins, first wife; Alice Lemmon Perkins ; second wife; Lola Newton Weatherbee Perkins, brother; Garn Perkins, sister; Ina Taylor and daughters; Dilynn Harmon and Jeanette Sottile.
