

Jimmy served in the United States Army with a tour in Vietnam, the 74th Company for supply. He served his country with honor and was wounded in Vietnam.
He relocated to Las Vegas in 1997 and was last employed with Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group for fifteen years.
He was affiliated with the Masonic Temple as well as the A.M.E. church in Youngstown.
Jimmy was a very giving person with an outgoing, caring personality. His caring was evident by his giving nature. He enjoyed sports, fishing, and travel. His travel included Singapore, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, Panama, and many Caribbean islands. As a young man he was a star baseball player, participating in the Little League All Star game.
Jimmy leaves to celebrate his homegoing his loving and devoted wife Dr. Margaret Covelli of Las Vegas, NV, two sons Ronald Grissett of New Orleans, LA, Sean Bell from Youngstown, OH, one daughter-in-law Christine Bell, a brother, Rev. and Mrs Kenneth (Teddy) Grissett from Youngstown, OH four grandchildren including Brionne and Tehya Grissett, and Alexis and Sean Bell, the Valley Health System family, cousins and other relatives and many wonderful friends.
