Carlos is survived by his spouse, Melba O Casado; his daughter Melba C Casado; and his daughter Marielsa Casado (Frank Rodriguez); his grandchild Samantha Rodriguez, his grandchild Melanny Cruz, his grandchild Alexander Rodriquez and his grandchild Oel Cruz Jr..

A visitation for Carlos will be held Sunday, July 9, 2023 from 6:00 PM through Monday July 10, 2023 at 9:45 AM at Caballero Rivero Hialeah, 373 W 9 Street, Hialeah, FL 33010. A committal service will occur Monday, July 10, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Caballero Rivero Dade South, 14200 Sw 117th Ave, Miami, FL 33186.
