Another Angel has made her way home! Hannah Sarah Hamlin passed away September 3rd, 2016 at 4:25am at 21 years of age. She will be forever missed and remembered by her Mom, Dad, and all family members and friends who knew and loved her. Hannah would want to be remembered as someone who fought tenaciously for her recovery, a loving soul who took pride in helping others, and a brave woman who in the face of great adversity always had love in her heart, for all. Her contagious smile will live forever in our hearts and will remind us all never to judge a book simply by its cover.
