I am so sorry you are gone. I don’t know what happened to you.  I hope one of your friends could let me know why you are no longer with us.

Jorge was my friend when we were kids. The last time I actually saw him was  Grad Night in 1992, We didn’t live in the same city anymore and happened to go on the same night with our different schools and our paths crossed. We spoke a few times on the phone after that, and lost touch before we were 20. I always thought of him as one of my favorite people of all time. He was such a good friend, I have always missed him,. I tried finding him on FB over the years, but he wasn’t there, or used a different name or something. I friended what I think was his father’s account hoping to reconnect, but I never saw him. I found this obituary this morning, as I never stopped looking for you, Jorge. My heart is broken, I love you.

Te vamos a echar de menos. Todavía no me lo puedo creer. Un ser tan bueno y noble. Hemos perdido un amigo y un ser humano espiritual. Espero verte en la próxima vida. Te queremos, descansa ser de luz. Tu apoyo en Healing hands será siempre recordado con mucho amor.

What an amazing human, boss, & friend. Add any title and you were amazing at it all! 
You have always been the one everyone cried to , the one willing to give advice for any situation that any of us was going through, the most loving boss, and ALWAYS willing to teach something positive. Thank you for “adopting” me as your work “daughter” , for always showing us love with delicious treats. (Salty donuts will not be the same without you), thank you for supporting me in starting my business , for the words of encouragement, the trust, and the push to always reach for more! We know you are playing your beautiful guitar and singing with angels! We all love you , and you will be forever and very deeply missed…..

Jorge is everyone’s  big brother and biggest supporter, his favorite role.   Forever grateful for the many lessons you helped me with.  I am so lucky to have laughed and grown with you.  Thank you for loving my family and always reminding me the value of family and love.  All my love to the Veizaga Family.

I write this with such a heavy heart, and in complete denial of it’s happening. 
Jorge lifted others, that’s just one of the many great qualities he carried in himself along  with being a total badass medical doctor who reinvented  himself constantly all while creating and growing a business that made others feel beautiful and whole. He was that person we all looked up to and felt security with his presence, especially at clinical where none of us knew what we were doing because we had read it in a text book just the night before. G was always there to tutor us, guide us and help us be better future healthcare professionals. He would also sweet talk our preceptor into not killing us the days we would majorly mess up because he also was such a charmer, and for that we were always grateful.  Literally convinced anyone with his charming looks and manner :). I speak for the rest of our classmates when I say that Jorge will leave a forever mark in all our hearts. He was the one we wanted to aspire to be, one we admired so much for his kindness, knowledge and most of all because he pushed us all to love medicine and see it as a tool to do better. He was also the initiator of our major burst of laughter in a quiet room with his hilarious comments. I will continue to carry his many advices, many teachings about how to go better about life and still be a good human who does good to others. I will miss the many, many lessons on Botox tecnifiques, surgical techniques with the j plasma, his aspirations with elevate and most of all his beautiful contagious laughter. 
Love you and miss you forever. 
I know you will keep guiding us all as you have thus far.

I remember the young boy Jorge. Perfect gentleman, good looking, wonderful family. For the Veizaga family, we are soooo sorry.   Losing a son and brother at any age is devastating. The Kelly’s are keeping all of you in our prayers. Gods Peace.

Jorge was that kind of friend to me.  We met 25 years ago as young professionals starting our careers in Miami and soon became inseparable friends.  We were kindred spirits with similar values and dreams for the future.  I was alone there, but Jorge and the Veizagas soon "adopted" me with so much love and support.  Jorge was the brother I could count on for any thing, any where, at any time.  He helped me through some very tough times, and through the years I'm so grateful for all the laughter, tears, triumphs and life lessons we shared.  I will miss our conversations, which were always full of grace, mutual respect and unconditional love.  Jorge you will always be in my heart. Eu amo voce! -Laininha

My brother, I’m incredibly grateful for the time we shared and for the great things we accomplished together.  

Jorge was a great friend. He was always there for everyone in our program. He listened to peoples problems. When my mom had colon cancer he was very supportive in making sure I understood everything happening. He wanted us to all be good at knowing what we were doing as students and professionals and he was so funny even when he was grumpy. he was a special person and we will never forget him. Go in peace Georgie.

i remember this day so much right after this picture i started crying because i couldn’t figure out the math problem im gonna miss him so much it still can’t process what’s going on but now he’s in peace and so much better im so  grateful that i got to meet him and become so close to him  he was like my dad. the kindest soul in this world   

Jorge is my friend and Masonic Brother, and shall always be.   It’s not often do we encounter soul whose spirit pushes us forward aiming for something better. Jorge was such a man. That’s mostly why he was always busy. He tried to live a life of time well spent in all aspects.  He exemplified Brotherly love as best he could - a helping hand when needed, an ear when troubled, and an honest opinion when sought. Nothing in life is easy and simple, but it was truly good to have had Jorge there along for the journey. I will miss the laughter we shared the most. There were many good times with Jorge, too many to recount. I am just grateful to have had his friendship as are all in my family as well as our 3 English Bullies (thanks Jorge). 

Alas my Brother Jorge. Travel well Eastward. Brotherly love always. 

Jorge was a very kind soul. A loyal friend and overall a very generous person. I had an opportunity to reconnect with Jorge in our Columbus chat. We spent a lot of time talking about life as well as his Masonic values. He was very intelligent, a kindred spirit. He always cared about others. I struggled to get him out of the office, but the times he did, he was very appreciative. I will never forget him. I wish we had more time.
