Rosa is survived by daughter Martha Rosa Borrego; daughter Zoraya Borrego Hernandez; and daughter Maricela Borrego Hernandez.

A visitation for Rosa will be held Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Caballero Rivero Hialeah, 373 W 9 Street, Hialeah, FL 33010. A committal service will occur Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn West, 14001 Northwest 178th Street, Miami, FL 33018.
