Teresita Yave Rivero was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. Those that knew her, know that she was an amazing human being.
She was born to Miguel Yave and Jadra Haidar on December 31, 1938, in Matanzas, Cuba. Her parents migrated from the village of Iberin, Lebanon to Cuba. She had a brother named Antonio Yave (deceased). In 1960 with her mother’s blessing she came alone to Miami to marry her true love Arnaldo Rivero (deceased). They had two daughters Yanire and Judith. Although Teresita was a fulltime housewife she spent several years working to add income to the family. She successfully worked at several retail manufacturers in Miami and eventually opened up her own cafeteria with her brother, and husband. All of this while tending to her daughters and eventually her granddaughters. After several years she established a clothing and shoe business at home and eventually retired. Always staying true to the hardworking housewife, mother and grandmother who formed the corner stone and patriarch of this family.
She will always be a Guardian Angel watching over all of us. Her faith in God and her love for her family will bond us forever. We thank all of those who kept her in their prayers and in their hearts wishing and praying her to get better.
