Born in Catawba County on January 17, 1940 she was the daughter of the late John and Zettie Deal Flowers.
Along with her parents, Anita is preceded in death by her husband, Howard “Dean” Isenhour and her sister Shelba Jean Barrett.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children Deanna Bradshaw (Mark) of Conover, John Isenhour of Hickory, and Susan Hemphill (Todd) of Taylorsville; grandchildren Caroline, Noah, and Kaitlin Bradshaw, Crystal Dollarhyde, Johnathan and Matthew Isenhour, Chasidy Bean (Tim), Chad Hemphill (Jessica) Chelsey Weikle (Kaleb), Caleb Hemphill (Emma), Conner Hemphill (Haley), step-grandson Andrew Hefner (Ginni); numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm at St. Stephens Lutheran Church ELCA.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at 3:00 pm at St. Stephens Lutheran Church ELCA with Reverend Terri Landers officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery.
