She was born on February 7,1957 to the late William Reed Clark and Betty Wright Clark in Russell County, VA. Debbie was a wonderful woman. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Debbie’s bright smile that could light up a room will be dearly missed.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Edward Clark.
Survivors include her husband, Sidney Quinn of the home; daughter, Nicole Renee Simpson (Joshua) of Taylorsville; grandchildren, Mark Laws of Hickory, Kacey Laws of Hickory, Johnny Ray of Taylorsville, Justin Ray of Taylorsville; and sister, Linda Rivera (Sammy) of the home.
Honoring Debbie’s wishes, no services will be held at this time.
