HARVEY “LEE” HODGE CONOVER – Harvey Lee Hodge, 64, of Conover went home to be with his Lord on June 22, 2014 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born on April 12, 1950 in Gaston County, he was the son of the late Frank and Ethel Cody Hodge. Lee was an avid fisherman who also liked to work in his garden. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and a great friend to all who knew him. Survivors include his loving wife of 20 years, Lorie Hodge of Conover, children, Jenny Bennett of Hickory, Jonathan Hodge of Conover; grandsons, Alan and Dustin Crowder, Jacob and Gavin Bennett; six brothers, seven sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 2 PM at Catawba Funerals & Cremations. Condolences may be left at www.catawbamemorialpark.com.
