Jeanne Marie Davidson

Jeanne was born Feb. 16, 1930, in Riverside, N.J., to the late William E. and Erma Montandon Rudderow. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Davidson, and a brother, William E. Rudderow.

She was a member of The Episcopal Church Of The Ascension and was a retired accountant.

Surviving are daughters, Paula J. Mohr and husband, Andrew, of Powells Point, Lynne M. Davidson and husband, Spencer Benson, of University Park, Md., and Suzanne D. Cope and husband, Michael, of Asheboro; grandson, Dwayne H. Story of Powells Point, granddaughter, Kristi P. Jones and husband, Corey, of Charlotte; and great-grandson, Michael Memphis Jones of Charlotte.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, at 1 p.m. at The Episcopal Church Of The Ascension with the Rev. Karla Woggon officiating. The ashes will be interred on the church grounds.

The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
