Jewell Little Bolick

HICKORY— Jewell Little Bolick, 89 of Hickory, passed away at Frye Regional Hospital on Thursday, February 15, 2018. Born in Catawba County on March 29, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Roy Quintus and Annie Mae Bolick Little. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Ervin Arther Bolick of the home; her daughters Linda Avery and husband Ken of Browns Summit, NC, Lisa McKown and husband Danny of Taylorsville, NC, and Gina Jones and husband Rob of Simpsonville, SC; granddaughters Samantha Jones and Kelliann Jones both of Simpsonville, SC; a grandson Ashley Avery and wife Lisa of Raleigh, NC; great granddaughters Alex King and Reagan Avery both of Raleigh, NC,; step grandson Allen McKown and step great grandchildren Brianna, Alexis, Madelynn, and Easton McKown all of Taylorsville, NC, and a sister Kathleen Bolick of Hickory, NC. Visitation will be held Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 1:30 pm to 2:45 pm at St. Stephens Lutheran Church Mo-Synod, 2304 Springs Road NE, Hickory, NC 28601. Funeral service will be held Sunday, February 18, 2018 at 3:00 pm at St. Stephens Lutheran Church Mo-Synod with Reverend David Ziehr and Reverend Dave Guelzow officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made to St. Stephens Lutheran Church School, 2304 Springs Road NE, Hickory, NC 28601.
