Mrs. Judy Gilbert Willis

Hickory – Judy Marie Gilbert Willis, 80 of Hildebran went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 22nd, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her family.

Born on November 4th, 1944, in Burke County, NC, Judy was the daughter of the late Edward Ford and Ruth Kathleen Buff Gilbert. Judy was an avid reader and enjoyed going on cruises, as well as spending time with family. Judy loved the Lord. She was dearly loved by her family and will be missed by all.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Willis Jr.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Vicky Annas and husband, Keith, Danny Willis and wife, Melissa, Jeff Willis and wife, Teresa, Terri Kiziah and husband, Kevin, Stan Pressley and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Catawba Funeral Home on Friday, November 29, 2024, at 2:00 pm with Pastor Jeff Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Judy’s name.
