Mable F. Williams

HICKORY--- Our precious Mother Mable Forenellia “Nellie” Williams, 83, went home to be with Yahweh the Father and Yeshua the Son on Saturday March 5th, 2011. She fought a good fight and kept the faith, loved everybody and her prayer was that her family would meet her in Heaven. She was a faithful Wife,Moma, Grandma, Sister, Aunt, Church member and friend.

Nellie was born November 21st, 1927 in Lincoln County to the late Robert Lester and Sadie Winebarger Buff. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Glover Williams, and a brother William Buff.

Nellie was a member of Reflections of Christ Church and was a homemaker.

Surviving are a son: Charles Williams Sr. of Cosby Tenn. and a daughter Doris Buchanan of Hickory. Also surviving are four sisters Madge Church, Joselene Bailey, Evelyn Bailey and Sonja Ward all of Hickory, two brothers Walter Buff of Hickory and Jimmy Buff of Icard, NC. eight grandchildren, seventeen great- grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M.on Tuesday March 8th 2011, at Reflection of Christ Church with the Reverend Robert Mitchell officiating.

Burial will follow in Sunrise Full Gospel Church Cemetery

The family will receive friends on Tuesday March 8th 2011 from 12:30 P. M. until 1:45 P.M.at Reflection of Christ Church.
