NEWTON – Mayson Douglas Archer, 21 of Newton passed away on Jun 10, 2023 and is now flying amongst the angels.
Born on January 16, 2002 in Sidney, NY to Ronald and Stacey Hayner Archer. Mayson loved fishing, gaming, the mountains and Jeeps. Most of all he enjoyed time with his family and friends.
Mayson in now with his loved ones that have already preceded him in death.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Ronald and Stacey Archer of Newton; siblings, Nicole and Matthew Robinson of Maryland NY, Veronica Archer of Fairmount, NC, Patrick Archer, Jonathan Riddle of NC; niece, Willow Robinson; nephews, Colby Robinson, David Sigmon, Oakley Robinson, Arlo Robinson; grandparents, Skip and Diane Hayner of Newton; uncles, Rich and Sandy Hayner of Summersville, SC, Clyde and Mary Archer and family of NY; cousin, Haylee Hayner of Summersville SC and numerous other family members and friends.
Mayson had a wish to have a jeep brigade, the day of his celebration. Our family would be pleased if all Jeepers would be able to come join us in an honor ride (Mayson's JEEP leading), leaving out at 11am from Providence Road Baptist Church (3283 Providence Mill Road, Maiden NC 28650) to Discovery High School (301 W 18th St, Newton, NC 28658). Stay and join us from 10:45am-3pm for Mayson's celebration of life. Everyone else please join us at Discovery High School.
The family would like to thank all family, friends, community and support groups that have blessed them with their love and support through Mayson’s journey the past 4 years.
