Mrs. Nancy Gantt Killian

Nancy was born January 10, 1944 in Catawba County to Mrs. Irene Stafford Gantt of Hickory and the late Howard H. Gantt. In addition to her father she was also preceded in death by her daughter in law Cathy K. Shook.

She was a member of the Baptist Faith and retired as manager of Detail Hair Artistry.

Survivors include her mother and her husband David Lee Killian of the home; three sons Dean Shook of Conover, Dan Shook and his wife Sheila of Hudson, Jamie Lee and his wife Fonda of Taylorsville; a daughter Debbie Pimlott and her husband Phillip of Charlestown Indiana; nine grandchildren, one great grandchild; a sister Judi White and her husband T. C. of Sanford; and a brother Greyland Gantt of Hickory;

The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM at Hickory Funeral Home.

Entombment services will be Saturday April 10, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Hickory with the Reverend Ernest Richards officiating.
