Phyllis was born on May 9, 1933 to the late Henry Clontz and Annie Yoder Clontz in Catawba County.
A graveside service for Phyllis will be held Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Fairview Cemetery in Hickory. Rev. Ernie Richards will officiate the service.
