Rebecca Lee Cline Clark

Born August 6, 1925 to the late Claude Calvin and Lydia Pitts Cline, in Catawba County, she was a homemaker, a loving wife and mother, and a member of Hickory Pentecostal Church.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husband William H. Clark, two brothers, Kenneth G. Cline and Charles Vertis Cline, sister, Violet Cline Wall and daughter Barbara Jean “Jeanie” Wallace Morgan.

She is survived by four daughters: Sandra Kay Greer, of Hickory, Carolyn Ann Weatherford of Attica, Indiana, Beverly Sue James of Hickory and Tammy Steward of Connelly Springs; two sons, Ricky Thurman of Florida and Terry Lee Wallace of Indiana; sisters: Ruth Cline Zucker, Dean Cline Hayward both of Hickory; grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm, Thursday, January 14, 2016, at Catawba Funeral Home in Hickory with Rev. Joseph Yarborough officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Hickory. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12 pm to 2 pm at the funeral home.
