Sandra Boonstra Harsch

HICKORY----Sandra Boonstra Harsch 76, passed away Friday, November 6, 2015 at Catawba Regional Hospice. Sandra was born August 30, 1939 in Holland to the late Oscar and Anna Talsma Boonstra. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Andrew Boonstra and Fred Boonstra. She was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church and she was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Loren Harsch of the home; her daughters Bernice Bailey and husband Ted Lake Norman, and Anna Cook and husband Reverend Dr. Eric Cook of Monroe; her son Michael Harsch and wife Diana of FL; sisters Joann Vogel, Janet Honcoop, Pauline Ray, Tressa Kamphouse; brothers Pete Boonstra and Herman Boonstra all of Washington State and 6 grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Hickory Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be Monday, November 9, 2015 at 1:00pm at Solid Rock Baptist Church with Pastor Jerry Stines and Reverend Dr. Eric Cook officiating.
