Sheila Bonnette Mothershed Fenlason

Born February 20, 1947 in Wabasha County, MN, she was the daughter of the late John Woodrow Mothershed and Mildred Louise Turner Mothershed. Sheila was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Hickory, NC where she loved serving in her church and honoring her Savior. She was an avid reader.

In addition to her parents, Sheila is also preceded in death by a sister Sharon.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Harris Fenlason of the home; a son Brian Fenlason and wife Diane of Bozeman, MT; four grandchildren Victoria, Timothy, Kyle, and Samara; three brothers Dennis, Kenneth, and George Wayne; four sisters Melissa, Pam, Deborah, and Sandra; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Hickory. Reverend Scott Hooks will officiate and burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, from 1:00-1:45 pm prior to the service at the church.
