Mrs. Vera Elizabeth Butts Frye

Vera was born April 21, 1918 in Walt Hill, Thurston Co, Neb. to the late Daniel Arthur and Bertha Abigail Bolch Butts.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hal Ray Frye, brothers, Rupert Lewis, Floyd, Earl and Bert Butts and a sister, Beulah Frye.

She was a very active member of Huntington Hills Church of God where she loved her church family and retired from Hickory Chair Co.

Surviving are daughters, Evelyn Rae Frye of Conover, Trenia Frye Monk and husband Harry E. and Karen Elizabeth Wilkerson and husband, Hugh both of Newton, sons, Daniel Hal Frye and wife Joyce of Hickory and Lynn David Frye and wife Linda of Conover, 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and l great-great grandson.

Services will be Wednesday, October 27, at 7:00 P. M. at Huntington Hills Church of God with the Reverends Randall Miller and Sam Crowe officiating.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:30 until 6:45 P. M. at the church.

A graveside service will be Thursday, October 28, at 11:00 A. M. at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Huntington Hills church of God. Building Fund, 2123 5th. St., NE, Hickory, N. C. 28601.
