He was the loving husband of Janne Allen (née Clayton) for 56 wonderful years. Arthur was the adored father of Theresa Giampaolo and Edward Allen, a loving grandfather, and a cherished friend to many .
Arthur had a lifelong passion for the great outdoors. He especially enjoyed hunting and was a proud member of the Single Action Shooting Society, where he formed many valued friendships through his shared love of sport and tradition. Whether outdoors, sharing stories with friends, or gathered around family, Arthur was happiest in the company of those he loved. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held at Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes, 125 W Old Country Road, Hicksville, NY 11801on Monday, May 11, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 500 S Oyster Bay Rd, Hicksville, NY 11801, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 10:00 am.
