Mary Crawford passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. She lived a remarkable life, marked by selflessness, love, and devotion to those around her.

Mary was married to James Crawford, who preceded her in death in 1986. Their love remained in her heart throughout her life.

She was a loving mother to Mary, Jimmy, and Brian, and a cherished grandmother to Alex, Christine, Erin, Nora, and Katie. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren Rory, Reilly, Bennett, and Harper. Mary is survived by her loving sister, Anne, and was predeceased by siblings Helen, Patricia, and Evelyn. Mary was blessed by many loving nieces, nephews and great friends.

Mary dedicated her life to caring for others, always putting her family and loved ones before herself. She shared her life generously and left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

On March 2, 2025, Mary went to meet her Lord, where she now celebrates her new life in Heaven. She will be greatly missed until we meet again.

A visitation for Mary will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes, 125 W Old Country Road, Hicksville, NY 11801. A mass of christian burial will occur Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Holy Family Church, 17 Fordham Ave, Hicksville, NY 11801. An interment will occur Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3442 NY-112, Coram, NY 11727.
