So sorry to see that Rob has gone to soon, my condolences to all of the Romeo family you will be in my prayers.

What a bright, sweet and kind person who has left us all too soon.  Hicksville remains a magical place for me and so many of those early and great memories have Bob in them; I was so fortunate to have known him and to have experienced his humor and humanity.  May he rest in peace.

So sorry to hear of the loss of a dear friend from high school. I have many fond memories of out times together. He will surely be missed. God's comfort during this time.

Just a wonderful guy who I spent a lot of quality time with in my high school & post high school years. So sad to hear of his passing. my sympathy to his family & many friends.

I am so sad to hear about this. Bob was a good guy who had to confront matters that most of us are fortunate enough to never deal with.  He was a good friend who leaves me with many good memories of growing up in Hicksville. Bob, I'm sorry I broke your Grateful Dead mirror that night!

To 'Robert R.' the kid with the sweet, left-handed swing who'd be "passin' the cars on Newbridge!" on his 3-speed to make it home before curfew, ... This world couldn't quite figure out how to handle someone with your wealth of talent, brains, humor and looks. When you get a chance, come back and do a jackknife dive for us at Cantiague pool, or play a song for us around a fire at Centre Island beach some night. Don't forget to bring some of your dad's old comedy albums. I'm so glad we were able to re-connect in person during the last ten years, before you had to leave!
