Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents; Edward B Echerd and Lela Sawyer Echerd.
Carolyn is survived by her sister; Beverly Macon and husband Dexter S Macon; two nieces Katherine Lindsay Breck and husband Michael and Mally Lindsay Tucker and husband Frank; Additionally Ben Breck, a grand nephew who loved his “Aunt Corey.”
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carolyn’s name to the American Cancer Society or Cone Health Foundation in Greensboro, NC.
Following Carolyn’s directives a memorial service will be not be scheduled.
