David was a husband, father and grandfather. He co-established his own business, Custom Crafters, Inc. in 2003.
Surviving are his wife Dara Bowman of the home, and his son Brian Bowman and wife Gretchen of Thomasville. Also surviving is his most precious gift, his grandson Carson Bowman.
A casual Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 6 to 8 pm at Sechrest Funeral Service at 1301 E. Lexington Ave. in High Point.
The family request that memorials be made to the Salvation Army food Bank or the Second Harvest Food Bank.
