Elmer Henry Corron

Elmer Henry Corron, 91, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 25 2024.

Elmer was born August 9, 1933 in Plattsburgh, New York, a son of the late Leo Albert and Lena Seymour Corron.

Elmer enjoyed meeting with his friends. He was apart of a Senior Bowling League. Elmer was also a Parishioner for Immaculate Heart of Mary. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather who will be missed by all. Besides his parents, Elmer was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Gizelle Corron.

Elmer is survived by five children, Duane and wife MaryBeth, Tom and wife Birgit, Susan Corron Roberto and husband Nick, Shirley Corron Hannah and husband Danny, and Sandy Corron Davis and her late husband Barry. Elmer is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

ln lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Elmer's name to Hospice of Davidson

County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.

A Mass of Christian burial will take place for Elmer on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 1:00pm at Our Lady of the Highways in Thomasville, NC with Father Gabriel, officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Garden Park Cemetery in High Point.
