Francis Allen Hoover

Francis Allen Hoover 52 passed away at his home on Friday, November 7, 2014. Fran was born in Reading, Pa, and was a loving husband, father, Pop, son and brother. Fran was the first graduating class president of Southwest Guilford High School in 1980. He was a former Chaplain and a member of the High Point Elks and worked 30 plus years in the furniture industry.

Fran will be truly missed by his family and all that loved him. He was a true friend to everyone. He was a very kind and loving member of the Hoover family and he was a chief spirit of the Philadelphia Eagles.

He was preceded in death by his mother Catherine Hoover and wife Carol Hoover. Fran is survived by his father Harlen L. Hoover, brothers Joe, Jeff, Tim and John, his children Francis N. Hoover and Sarah A. Hoover, and grandchildren, Adam, Jacob, and Bella. He is also survived by many more family members , and nieces and nephews that loved him.

A gathering of family and friends will be on Saturday, November 15, 2014, from 11:30am to 12:15 pm followed by a Memorial Service in the chapel

at Sechrest Funeral Service in High Point.

A Celebration of his life will follow from 2-4 pm at the High Point Elks.
