

She was born on March 28, 1928 in Philadelphia, PA to Vincent and Mary Granata. She graduated from West Philadelphia Catholic Girls High School in Philadelphia then attended Temple University in Philadelphia and later High Point College, after that she went to GTCC for 18 months for Nursing. She married Frank Kenneth Caulfield on May 1, 1948 and together they had four children. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in High Point.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Mary Granata and her daughter, Mary Caulfield. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Frank Caulfield; daughter, Adele Schiller and her husband Ed of St. Charles MO; sons, Brian Caulfield and his wife Rayma of High Point and Kevin Caulfield of Burgaw; seven grandchildren, Briana Ernsting and her husband James, Jenny Caulfield, Katie Caulfield, Riley Caulfield and his wife Lauren, Brian Caulfield and Erin Schiller; two great grandchildren, Rachel Speck and Gunnar Ernsting
A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday at Sechrest Funeral Service of High Point with Father Phillip officiating. A private entombment will follow at Oakwood Memorial Park in High Point. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1:00 – 2:00pm at the funeral home.
