

Born in Fort Riley, Kansas to Alphild (nee Svenberg) and Nathan Hull Fitz-Randolph, most of her life was spent in New Jersey prior to moving to High Point, NC in 2007.
Affectionately known as Mrs. “P.”, she was a committee member of Scotch Plains Boy Scout Troop 104, Scotch Plains Recreation Baseball League, and was also employed as a Scotch Plains police dispatcher for several years. She dedicated her life to her family, various hobbies and homemaking.
Surviving are her loving husband of 44 years, John P. Podlas, Jr. of High Point, NC; son Eric Podlas (Kerry) of Albrightsville, PA; daughter Amanda Williams (Ben) and adoring grand-daughter, Samantha of Jamestown, NC; sister Judy Carr (Ed) of Berlin, NJ and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Jane Andrusky.
Relatives and friends will be received Saturday, April 30 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm at Sechrest Funeral Home, 1301 East Lexington Avenue, High Point, NC 27262. Funeral service will immediately follow the in the Sechrest Chapel.
