A native of Guilford County, Michael was the son of Leyton and Janett Tucker. He pursued his education diligently and received his associate degree from Catawba Valley Community College.
Michael dedicated 26 years of his career to Otto and Moore Furniture, where his commitment and work ethic were highly regarded. He had a deep love for the coast and enjoyed fishing, which brought him great joy.
Michael is survived by his daughter, Aubrey Eichten and her husband Kyle; his mother, Janett Tucker; his brother, Jerry Tucker and his wife Cyndi; three cherished grandchildren, Brayden, Liam, and Adessa; and his aunt, Bea Chandler.
As a man of faith, Michael attended Midway Baptist Church, where his presence will be missed by the community.
A Celebration of Michael's life will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 2 p.m. in the Sechrest-Davis Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Pastor Charles Mustian. Burial will follow in Lebanon Methodist Church Cemetery.
