Roberta was born in Davidson County, February 14, 1928, a daughter of the late Burch and Delphia Payne Hayworth. She was a upholstery sewer prior to her retirement. Roberta was preceded in death by her husband, John S. Durham; a son Jerry Ray Durham; and four siblings, Walt and Frank Hayworth and Mary Alma Hayworth and Opal Spoon. Roberta was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Surviving are two sons, Tommy and Andrea Durham of Thomasville and Keith and Sharon Durham of Concord; a sister, Mildred Davis and a brother, Dan Hayworth, both of High Point; and four grandchildren.
