Ruby Louise Austin Manring

Mrs. Manring was born on November 27, 1918 in Roanoke, VA to the late Burke and Alyne Short Austin. She was a charter member of Trulite Baptist Church where she served as Sunday school secretary and most recently attended Tabernacle Baptist Church. She was a loving, Christian woman who dearly loved her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Manring, Sr.; daughter, Gladys Coltrane; son, Huey Manring, Jr.; and grandson, Timothy Coltrane.

Surviving are her grandchildren, Tammy Cutts and her husband Chris, April Hall and her husband Ronnie, and Kevin Manring; great grandchildren, Michelle Grant, William Justus, Megan Justus, Seth Wall, Michael Coltrane, and Jennifer Coltrane; and great-great grandchildren, Bryson Coltrane, Brooklyn Coltrane, and Wyatt Oldaker.

A celebration of life service will be held at 10 am Friday, July 22nd in the chapel of Davis Funerals and Cremations by Pastor Todd Kendrick. Burial will follow in Floral Garden Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Thursday, July 21st at the funeral home.
