Ruby Hicks Witcher Stafford, 98, passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2017, at Westchester Manor in High Point, North Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Coy William Hicks and Cammie Mae Pitts Hicks.
A private graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 2:30 pm at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
