Former husband and long time companion of Kathy. Father of Missy Reed and grandfather to Jack and Nick. Beloved brother and brother-in-law of April (Jake) Jameson, Paula (Jim) Killinger, Scott (Jean) Reed, Teri Stiff and Georgia Simonyi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Jean (nee Shepard) Reed and siblings; Jeffrey, Patrick, Mark and Dawn.
Dean was born on July 30, 1956 in Pontiac, Michigan. He was an avid hunter and a proud Irish Catholic who enjoyed living life to it's fullest. He will be very much missed by all.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 2:00pm until 7:00pm at "The Barn", 5380 N. Milford Road in Highland.
