Hazel "Joan" Moore; age 81, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2014 in Highland Township, Michigan. Mrs. Moore was born on April 21, 1933 in Derby, Virginia. She is survived by her children, Ron (Violetta) Chandler, David Chandler, Laurie (Jim) Demko, Dan (Tina) Chandler and Lisa (John) Waterbury. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her two husbands, Earl Chandler and Austin Moore. She also leaves behind 22 grandchildren and 26 great-grand children. The Funeral Visitation will take place at the Highland Chapel of Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road, Highland, Michigan 48356 from 9:00 am to !0:00 am on Friday, August 15, 2014 with the Funeral Service beginning at 10:00 am, also at the Funeral Home. Memorial Contributions may be made in honor of Mrs. Moore to: Great Lakes Hospice.
