James Michael Worden Sr., age 60, of White Lake, passed away July 24, 2022 at his home. Loving father of James Jr. (Joanne) Worden, Tonya (Aaron) Fleishans, and Sean Worden. Cherished grandfather of Payton, Carter, Savannah, and Autumn. Dear brother of Lynn (Ken) Cox and Mary Jo (Robert) Kite, and brother-in-law of Kathy Worden, Kathy Gilbert (Denise) Day, Mary Kay (Dennis) Day, and Arthur (Carolyn) Day. James will be missed by numerous other family and friends. James was preceded in passing by his beloved wife, Vickie Jane Worden; his parents, Lloyd and Jacqueline Worden; his brother, Lloyd Christopher Worden; and his In-laws, Gilbert and Florence Day.
James was born November 29, 1961, in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd and Jacqueline (Heuwagen) Worden. He met Vickie Jane Day through a mutual friend, and the two started dating, fell in love, and were married on May 8, 1982. James graduated from Southfield Lathrup High School. During his lifetime, he worked for Cars and Concepts, and Rayhaven Equipment. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 29, 2022 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at the Shiawassee Basin Preserve Park, 12000 Davisburg Road, Davisburg.
