Richard S. Parton of White Lake, passed way December 20, 2016 at age 64. Loving husband of Dorothy. Dear father of Richard Jason (Keegan) Parton and the late Melinda Marie Weisenberger. Treasured grandfather of Michael Andrew (Maris-ella) Weisenberger, Taylor Renae Parton, Rylee Jean Parton and Chloe Lynn Parton. Great grandfather of Jaiden Michael and Benjamin Alekzander Weisenberger. Brother of Wendelll (Genny) Parton, Mary (the late Carl) Taylor, the late Helen (the late Glenn) Grider, Paula (the late Oscar, Jr.) Frost, Doris (the late Jerry) Foster . Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Richard was “a best friend to many and loved by all”. He was a good neighbor and will be missed by everyone who knew him. A celebration of his life will be held at 4:00 pm, Sunday, January 8, 2017 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Rd. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 4:00 pm. The family would prefer no flowers or donations.
